2 – PURCHASE
Select your documents/services and complete the purchase.
3 – WORKSHEET (Optional)
We email the Pre-Interview Worksheet to you, along with your link to the Interview. Most clients find the Worksheet helpful, but some clients skip it and move directly to the Interview.
4 – ONLINE INTERVIEW
Whenever you’re ready, you complete the online Interview.
5 – REVIEW OF INTERVIEW ANSWERS
We review the substance of your answers and we ask you to carefully proofread spellings/addresses.
(As needed, we contact you with questions.)
6 – DOCUMENTS CREATED
We create the documents using your Interview answers, matching them to your circumstances and wishes.
7 – FINAL REVIEW BY LOCAL COUNSEL
In some states, our local counsel partner (they’re an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction) is involved throughout the process – they do the final review to ensure each document complies with your state’s laws.
8 – DOCUMENTS SENT TO YOU
We email the documents to you with signing instructions.
Depending on your purchase…
We print and tab the documents for your signature.
We review the signed docs to ensure they’re correctly signed.
We provide long-term storage for your signed originals in our vault.
We help you configure your assets into your Living Trust so you can skip probate.
We draft asset transfer documents.
We draft amendments to keep your estate plan current.
